    Job Summary:

    Toxaway Health Center is excited to welcome an experienced advanced practice provider to join our team in Lake Toxaway, North Carolina.

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program with appropriate certification exams

    + At least three (3) years' of experience, preferred, as a practicing NP or PA, in an urgent care or primary care setting and operating as a **sole provider**

    + Schedule: Practice hours are Monday – Thursday 8 am – 5 pm; Call is every 3-4 months

    + Please note this position does not offer visa support
