    Now Hiring: Clamp Forklift Operator – Bath, PA

    **Pay:** $23.00/hour

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift

    **Location:** Bath, Pennsylvania

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Minimum 2 years of recent experience operating clamp forklifts

    + Fluent in English (spoken and written)

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently

    + Load and unload trucks, trailers, and cargo containers

    + Stack and transport pallets, crates, and other materials

    + Use RF scanners to track inventory and participate in cycle counts

    + Maintain accurate documentation of shipments and inventory movement

    + Inspect products for damage and ensure quality standards are met

    + Report shortages or damages

    + Follow all safety protocols and perform routine equipment checks

    + Work closely with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations

    + Assist in problem-solving and process improvements related to materials handling
