• Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

    Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully with the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** Kansas City, MO

    Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr

    **Shift:** 2nd Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Ensure all production machinery operates at peak efficiency through regular maintenance and repairs.

    + Conduct safety audits and inspections to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

    + Implement strategies for equipment maintenance and reliability to minimize downtime.

    + Mentor and train team members on proactive equipment care and routine checks.

    + Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and adhere to manufacturer recommended schedules.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or GED; Technical Training Certificate preferred.

    + Minimum of 2 years of production or manufacturing experience.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

    + Exceptional work ethic and time management skills.

    + Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
