• Production Associate

    The Production Associate plays a key role in ensuring products meet quality standards and are efficiently packaged for distribution. This position supports daily manufacturing operations, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and operates equipment as needed.

     

    $18.50 an hour!

     

    Lodi, Ca

    Key Responsibilities

    + Distribute ice into designated totes based on production needs.

    + Inspect products for correct weight, length, color, toppings, and decorations.

    + Remove or recycle items that fail to meet quality specifications.

    + Maintain pace with the production line to support continuous workflow.

    + Pack products into shipping boxes, label them accurately, and stack/palletize for distribution.

    + Sanitize workstations and ensure the equipment is clean and organized.

    + Operate designated machinery and provide assistance to Machine Operators during peak periods or absences.

    + Safely operate a motorized pallet jack (certification required).

    Qualifications

    + Previous production or warehouse experience preferred

    + Ability to lift 30 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
