At(EWR) Newark Liberty International Airport, we are looking for a dedicatedMulti-Unit Shift Supervisorto oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant locations, ensuring efficiency, team success, and outstanding customer service.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and support teams across multiple restaurant locations to ensure smooth operations and consistent service.

    + Train, motivate, and coach team members to provide an exceptional guest experience.

    + Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and ensuring proper staffing levels.

    + Monitor sales, inventory, and cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

    + Uphold company policies, health and safety regulations, and airport security requirements.

    + Address guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.

    + Support new hire on boarding and ongoing staff development.

    + Collaborate with managers and corporate leadership to enhance performance and processes.

     

    What You’ll Need

     

    + Must be flexible and able to work PM Shift (2pm-10pm)

    + 1-2 years of leadership experiencein a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.

    + Experience managing multiple locations or high-volume operations is aplus.

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    + Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

    + Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.

    + Ability to pass airport security background checks.
