Description

A midsize environmental consulting firm is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join their Seattle-based team. This firm is known for its casual yet social work environment, hybrid flexibility, and dedication to providing innovative environmental solutions for its clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Review, negotiate, and manage client and vendor contracts

+ Draft agreements using company templates

+ Collaborate closely with project managers on work orders, change orders, and scope creation

+ Assist with light accounting tasks like month-end reconciliation and troubleshooting

Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage (100% employer-paid); 4 weeks of paid time off; 11 paid holidays; 401(k) matching at 6%; and long-term disability and life insurance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 1+ years of experience in contracts management

+ Basic knowledge of accounting principles

+ Strong organizational and communication skills
