Division: Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) – Robert Half

Robert Half is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist with a strong background in credit, collections, reporting, and automation to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team in Fort Worth. This is a W2, full-time consulting role supporting high-impact client projects with hands-on AR work and process improvement initiatives.

We’re looking for professionals who enjoy digging into the numbers, optimizing AR processes, and working face-to-face with local teams to drive real results.

What You’ll Do:

+ Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment application, collections

+ Evaluate credit risk and support the setup of new customer accounts

+ Drive collections strategy and proactively follow up on aging balances

+ Analyze AR aging reports, DSO trends, and cash flow projections

+ Support automation of AR processes and reporting through Excel, ERP tools, or third-party platforms

+ Partner with accounting and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve workflows

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ 3+ years of AR or Credit & Collections experience in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong analytical mindset with Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)

+ Experience with AR automation tools or ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Sage, QuickBooks Enterprise)

+ Must be available for on-site work in the Fort Worth area

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills—able to work with internal and external stakeholders
