Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Cottage Grove, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, while ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and applicants. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in corporate recruiting and contribute to building a dynamic workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring processes.

• Conduct interviews using Zoom and other virtual platforms to assess candidate suitability.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent using tools like Google Suite and Slack.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.

• Build and maintain a network of candidates with relevant experience for future hiring needs.

• Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.

• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

• Strong ability to conduct virtual interviews using platforms like Zoom.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Suite and Slack.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and techniques to attract diverse talent.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
