Description We are looking for a skilled Legal Administrator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Lombard, Illinois. In this role, you will focus on managing subrogation claims, ensuring recovery from third parties, and assisting with legal processes as needed. This position requires strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage subrogation claims for automotive incidents, ensuring timely recovery from third parties.

• Investigate claims to determine liability and identify responsible parties.

• Collect and compile evidence such as accident reports, witness statements, medical records, and repair estimates to support recovery efforts.

• Negotiate settlements with at-fault parties, their insurers, or legal representatives to secure repayments.

• Collaborate with legal teams to address complex cases and ensure proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of actions, communications, and recoveries for compliance purposes.

• Prepare detailed analytical and technical reports for corporate and field-level use.

• Assist with special projects and deliver presentations as required.

• Generate additional reports and analyses based on organizational needs. Requirements • Experience handling auto claims, specifically subrogation processes.

• Strong knowledge of subrogation claim procedures and best practices.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to organize and analyze evidence to build compelling cases.

• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and documentation.

• Adept at multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

• Familiarity with legal procedures related to subrogation and claims handling.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
