    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in San Mateo, California. This role involves ensuring accurate and efficient data processing while contributing to the maintenance and updating of software on devices. If you are organized and have a keen eye for detail, this position offers an excellent opportunity to build your skills in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate software tools to ensure devices are properly refurbished and updated.

    • Verify the accuracy of data entries and make necessary corrections.

    • Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure software runs smoothly on assigned devices.

    • Maintain organized records of completed tasks and processed data.

    • Follow established procedures for handling and updating devices.

    • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.

    • Report progress and any technical issues to supervisors promptly.

    • Ensure compliance with company security and data integrity standards. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or similar role.

    • Proficiency in basic office skills, including computer usage and data processing.

    • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established protocols.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

    • Familiarity with software tools and basic troubleshooting techniques.

    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
