• Ecommerce Customer Service Representative

    Description We are looking for an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting ecommerce operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming calls and provide prompt solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.

    • Monitor and track packages, ensuring timely replacements or resolutions for customers.

    • Assist customers with billing issues, order updates, and technical problem notifications.

    • Document all interactions and order updates accurately in call center systems.

    • Process product returns and manage complaints in accordance with company policies.

    • Support special projects as assigned by management to enhance customer experience.

    • Educate and motivate customers to purchase online, increasing brand awareness and satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and achieve customer service goals.

    • Perform additional duties as directed by management to meet business needs. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Minimum of two years of customer service or call center experience.

    • Proficiency in typing quickly and accurately, including 10-key data entry.

    • Ability to learn and retain knowledge about extensive product lines.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

    • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
