About the Role:

We are seeking a Billing Analyst to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. While this role offers the flexibility to work primarily from home, candidates must be able to commute to our Farmingdale headquarters when needed. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process, review, and analyze billing records to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

+ Investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues in collaboration with internal departments and clients.

+ Prepare and maintain detailed accounts receivable records.

+ Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining billing information, and ensuring a positive client experience.

+ Generate regular reports and contribute to financial reconciliation processes.

+ Stay updated and proficient with financial tools and systems, leveraging technology to streamline billing operations.

Requirements

+ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using billing software, CRM platforms, and other relevant tools.

+ Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends or discrepancies.

+ Detail-Driven: Detail-oriented mindset for reviewing financial data and maintaining accurate records.

+ Experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable: Candidates with a solid background in these areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
