_Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a_ **_Senior or Lead Project Management Specialist_** _– Integrated Planning & Scheduling - Program Scheduler to support our dynamic Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) team in_ **_Huntsville, Alabama_** _._
_Position Responsibilities – Senior Level 4:_
+ _Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry_
+ _Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives in accordance with DFARS and Earned Value contractual requirements_
+ _Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case_
+ _Develops and establishes lead time requirements_
+ _Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry_
+ _Acts as primary project scheduling contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives_
+ _Directs all phases of project schedules or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion_
+ _Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies_
+ _Accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of_ _opportunities (including schedule margin planning), and providing robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action_
+ _Model driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning, and improved schedule_ _visibility/visualization_
_Position Responsibilities – Lead Level 5:_
+ _Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards_
+ _Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests_
+ _Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case_
+ _Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules_
+ _Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry_
+ _Recognized as primary project schedule contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives_
+ _Authorizes scheduling commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders_
+ _Oversees deployment of approved program scheduling recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels_
+ _Accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of_ _opportunities (including schedule margin planning), and providing robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action_
+ _Model driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning, and improved schedule_ _visibility/visualization_
+ _Provides training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to lower-level employees_
+ _Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation, and training of processes and tools_
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
_Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):_
+ _More than 5 years of experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations_
+ _More than 5 years of experience integrating supplier or partner plans and schedules in to Program schedule and managing the integrated Master schedule at the Program level_
+ _More than 5 years of experience in leading cross functional teams._
+ _More than 5 years’ experience using Integrated scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc._
+ _More than 5 years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) applying Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) requirements_
+ _Experience preparing and presenting material to senior and executive leadership, and external customers_
_Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):_
+ _Bachelor's degree or higher in a business or technical field_
+ _More than 5 years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience_
Typical Education/Experience:
**Senior Level 4:** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.
**Lead Level 5:** Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range **Senior** **Level 4** : $107,950 - $133,350
Summary pay range **Lead Level 5** : $132,600 - $163, 800
