The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **Mid-Level** **Product Specialist** to join the Information Technology (IT) team in **Hazelwood** **, MO** , supporting the Apache program, the world’s premier attack helicopter.
The Product Specialist is a servant leader to a cross functional Information Technology (IT) team ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions that support the Apache Training Systems environment. They represent the “voice of the customer” and play a critical role in managing the team’s work scope, including cost, schedule and technical performance. The Product Specialist works closely with the product team, program team and various other functional and support organizations.
The ideal candidate will work independently and within a team, using strong collaboration skills to partner well with others to solve problems, and understands interrelationships between activities to set priorities and establish team goals.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Leads Agile ceremonies such as Program Increment planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
+ Collaborates with Program stakeholders, i.e. engineering and finance
+ Creates User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Definition of Done, ensuring stories clearly communicate customer/Stakeholder needs to the development team; work with team to clarify stories as necessary
+ Breaks down and prioritizes delivery of products and features by developing and maintaining the product backlog, user stories, and cross-product dependencies
+ Prepares and presents reports on team performance, including cost variances, schedule variances, and earned value metrics
+ Creates, analyzes, and statuses Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) to meet team requirements for program deliverable
+ Identifies potential technical, schedule and cost risks and manage them according to the program's Risk Management process
+ Participates in Program Reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and other program or management reviews, as needed
+ Participates in Basis of Estimate (BOE) and other proposal artifacts, as required
+ Collaborates with team and other program functions to define work scope, schedule and budget
+ Serves as a technical liaison to the program and other functional teams and support organizations, as needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ 3+ years of experience using Agile processes and methodologies
+ 1+ years of experience managing projects or work statements
+ Experience in the Information Technology (IT) field
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
+ Experience with Earned Value Management principles and methodologies

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $102,000 – $138,000
