Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AR, AP, and payroll

• Oversee monthly and year-end close processes; prepare financial statements and reports

• Maintain and improve general ledger integrity and accounting workflows

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and local/state tax regulations

• Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals

• Identify and implement accounting system enhancements.

• Provide strategic insights to leadership to support business growth and profitability

Compensation & Benefits

• $105,000 - $125,000 annual salary

Requirements • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; substantial construction accounting experience may substitute for a degree.

• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a preference for supervisory or management roles.

• Strong expertise in construction accounting is highly desirable.

• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

• Solid understanding of cost accounting, general ledger functions, and financial reporting.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.

• Effective communication and leadership skills to guide and collaborate with team members.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
