Division: Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) – Robert Half

Robert Half is seeking a Financial Analyst or analytically-minded Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) consulting team in Fort Worth. This is a W2, full-time consulting role supporting local clients with strategic initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and automation of reporting tools.

What You’ll Do:

+ Build and manage rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and cash flow models

+ Analyze key financial metrics, variances, and KPIs to support business decision-making

+ Automate reporting using Excel, Power BI, or ERP-based tools

+ Collaborate with department leaders to improve budgeting accuracy and performance reporting

+ Support finance transformation projects including data cleanup, dashboard creation, and process redesign

+ Prepare high-quality presentations and models for executive leadership

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ 3+ years of experience in FP& A, finance, or accounting with a focus on

+ forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

+ Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or automation tools is a plus

+ Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP, or MS Dynamics

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to work on-site and partner with multiple departments

+ Bonus: Experience supporting finance transformation or process automation initiatives
