    Position Title: Project Division Cash Accountant (Temporary)

     

    Pay: Up to $100K annually, depending on experience

     

    Duration: 6 Months – Potential Temp-to-Hire

     

    Reports To: Projects Division Assistant Controller

    Position Overview:

    Robert Half is currently seeking a Cash Accountant for a 6-month project with potential for permanent placement. This position is 100% onsite in Catoosa and offers a salary of up to $100K. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the organization's cash flow, bank reconciliations, and foreign exchange hedging while contributing to improvements in forecasting and reporting processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Cash Flow Management

     

    + Prepare and analyze weekly cash flow forecasts

    + Monitor daily cash positions to ensure liquidity

    + Identify and communicate cash flow risks to leadership

     

    Bank Reconciliation

     

    + Perform monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts

    + Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and GL

     

    Foreign Exchange (FX) & Hedging

     

    + Monitor and execute FX hedging strategies

    + Collaborate with treasury to optimize FX exposure and ensure compliance

     

    Forecasting & Process Improvement

     

    + Refine forecasting models for improved accuracy

    + Partner with accounting, finance, and treasury teams to update inputs

    + Recommend and implement process enhancements

     

    Reporting & Compliance

     

    + Generate reports on liquidity, FX exposure, and cash performance

    + Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    + 3+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, or financial forecasting

    + Strong bank reconciliation and cash management expertise

    + Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting software

    + CPA, CMA, or CTP certification a plus

    + Experience in multinational environments and FX hedging preferred

    + Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
