• Citrix Systems Engineer

    Systems Engineer! This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing IT infrastructure, including the design, installation, and configuration of servers, virtualization environments, enterprise storage systems, and Azure services. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a strong technical foundation and a passion for continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and support IT infrastructure projects with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

    + Design, implement, and maintain server and storage systems across office and clinical environments.

    + Manage and support virtualization platforms (Citrix and/or VMware).

    + Act as an escalation point for technical support on complex hardware and software issues.

    + Participate in the administration of Azure and Office 365 environments.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business needs.

    + Maintain and improve system documentation and architecture plans.

    + Support backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance processes.

    + Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve operational issues.

    Requirements

    + Minimum of 5 years in a Citrix/Windows enterprise environment.

    + Citrix (Virtual Apps and Desktops, ADC, Storefront, Profile Management)

    + Azure and Office 365 administration

    + PowerShell scripting

    + Windows Server administration

    + VMware virtualization
