Division: Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) – Robert Half

Robert Half is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team in Fort Worth. This is a W2, full-time consulting role offering consistent on-site project work with respected local employers.

We're looking for detail-oriented AP professionals who enjoy keeping things moving, solving discrepancies, and supporting finance teams during transitions, ERP implementations, or clean-up periods.

What You’ll Do:

+ Process high-volume invoices, credit memos, and expense reimbursements

+ Perform 3-way matching, purchase order reviews, and exception handling

+ Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

+ Assist with month-end accruals, aging reports, and audit support

+ Partner with procurement and receiving teams to ensure smooth workflow

+ Contribute to automation initiatives and help optimize AP processes within ERP systems

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

+ 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume or multi-entity environment

+ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, QuickBooks Enterprise)

+ Must be available for on-site work in the Fort Worth area

+ Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills

+ Bonus: Experience with Concur, Tipalti, AvidXchange, or Coupa
