Description

We are looking for a skilled Airtable Solutions Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This long-term contract position involves enhancing and optimizing our Airtable campaign management tool to streamline workflows, improve usability, and support data-driven reporting for cross-category campaigns and seasonal events. If you have a strong analytical mindset, technical proficiency in Airtable, and a passion for automating processes, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct a thorough audit of the existing Airtable tool to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to enhance team usability.

+ Create detailed requirements documentation, including user stories, for redesigning Airtable data views, interfaces, automations, and integrations.

+ Develop and implement a clear roadmap for launching the updated Airtable tool.

+ Collaborate with technical teams and marketers to establish use cases for campaign workflows, interfaces, and reporting.

+ Work closely with stakeholders to gather user stories and prioritize features using a structured matrix.

+ Automate repetitive tasks to minimize manual workflows and reduce errors.

+ Design and deliver comprehensive documentation to support the post-launch functionality and maintenance of the Airtable tool.

+ Optimize campaign planning processes by leveraging Airtable’s advanced features and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.

+ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure the updated tool meets the needs of various teams.

+ Monitor the performance of the new Airtable infrastructure and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements

+ Proven experience in marketing management or campaign planning, with a focus on workflow optimization.

+ Expertise in Airtable, including advanced features such as automation and interface design.

+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex workflows into streamlined solutions.

+ Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and user stories for technical projects.

+ Familiarity with tools like NAS technologies, SharePoint workflows, and API development.

+ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Experience in reducing manual workflows through automation and improving reporting accuracy.

+ Proficient with SQL and JavaScript
