As a Senior Accountant, you’ll lead the charge in improving processes, streamlining workflows, and assisting in maintaining the company’s financial health while being a key team member for both short-term cleanup projects and long-term process improvements. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Controller while also collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting operations.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of impactful cleanup initiatives, such as reconciling multiple bank accounts and supporting a major payroll system transition.

Your role will evolve into a focus on monthly close processes and automation, allowing you to make a mark in optimizing the company’s financial operations.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial operations.

• Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger management.

• Strong skills in preparing journal entries and conducting account reconciliations.

• Demonstrated expertise in bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.

• Ability to identify and implement process improvements in financial operations.

• Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
