Inflight Training Supervisor

Primary Job Duties
+ Ensure the delivery of a high quality and successful inflight training program
+ Responsible for development, maintaining currency, and regulatory requirements for the following InFlight training programs: Initial New Hire, Recurrent, Requalification, Additional Training, and Ground Instructor Initial/Recurrent Training
+ Assist in maintaining and updating the Flight Attendant Training Manual (FATM) to ensure regulatory compliance
+ Support part-time ground instructors’ by organizing meetings, trainings, and evaluations
+ Manage inflight uniform issuance and Inflight Appearance and Uniform Manual
+ Communicate policies, procedures and general information to ground instructors as directed
+ Assist Flight Attendants with scheduling, training, and personnel issues
+ Monitor trainee Flight Attendant performance
+ Maintain accurate inflight training records
+ Coordinate with employment standards and scheduling teams to organize all logistics for initial new hire and recurrent classes
+ Promote safety, SMS, Safety Risk Management, Safety Assurance and communication
+ Promote an environment for employees that encourages the reporting of safety concerns without repercussion
+ Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as assigned
+ Additional duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
+ Previous supervisory experience preferred
+ Advanced knowledge of inflight procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
+ Extensive knowledge and understanding of all applicable FAA regulations, 8900 guidance, and requirements
+ Proven strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and work in a team environment
+ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to research, analyze, problem solve and multi-task
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Physical and Other Requirements
+ Willing to relocate
+ Travel required
+ Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred
+ Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
+ Periodic standing, lifting, and bending
