    Qualifications and Skills

    Our most successful Machine Operators are successful because they:

    + Report to work every scheduled workday and give their best effort to do quality work and show pride in a job well done.

    + Follow all safety policies and protocol and report safety hazards to their supervisor.

    + Make the effort to learn different tasks and operate varied machinery.

    + Understand they need to be flexible to do whatever tasks need to be done to meet customer needs.

    Must have experience with and know how to use:

    + Measuring equipment such as pie tapes, tape measures, dial indicators, calipers and various gauges.

    + Hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, pliers, etc.

    + Computer skills are a plus as we use a shop software for work orders.

    + **Must be able to work outside**

    + **Must be able to speak spanish**

     

    2- 5 years of manual machining experience is preferred. Experience running lathes and/or threaders is a huge plus.

     

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
