    Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an **Accounts Payable Specialist in Venice, FL!**

     

    Pay rate: $19/hr

     

    Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 9a-5p (hybrid)

    Our ideal candidate for this **Accounts Payable Specialist** must have/must be able to:

    + Efficiently process and enter a high volume of invoices/statements by mail, verify payment status and review for discrepancies.

    + Import validated invoices into Accounting System with accuracy and timeliness.

    + Communicate with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to inquiries.

    + Complete and validate Banking Form for new and existing suppliers requesting direct deposit and validate verbally.

    + Create New Vendor Profiles

    + Process Credit Card Payments in accordance with company policies.

    + Assist with preparation 1099’s

    + Support Accounts Payable Department with Internal Audit of the Accounts Payable processes, Vendor records and compliance documentation.

    + Be available to step in when needed for project work

    Education/Certification Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    Experience requirements for this **Accounts Payable Specialist:**

    + Accounts Payable experience

    + Proficient with MS Office Suite (specifically Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Pro

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to meet strict deadlines and work OT as needed

    + Excellent problem-solving skills

    + Thrives in a fast-paced environment

    + Oracle experience a plus

    + Keen eye for detail

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
