    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 15 years of experience in Java and Springboot Microservices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems in the retail domain. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment during day shifts.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the design and development of scalable Java-based applications using Springboot Microservices to meet business requirements.

    + Oversee the integration of software components and third-party programs to enhance system functionality.

    + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and ensure project success.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that align with company goals.

    + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.

    + Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development.

    + Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

    + Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to improve application performance and user experience.

    + Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new projects and enhancements.

    + Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.

    + Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

    + Coordinate with the DevOps team to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.

    + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

    Qualifications

    + Possess extensive experience in Java and Springboot Microservices demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.

    + Have a good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems within the retail domain enhancing project relevance.

    + Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

    + Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

    + Show a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies to improve project outcomes.
