    Position Overview

    The SVP Account Services is the Account team leader overseeing one of BGB Group's subsidiaries, responsible for establishing and maintaining client/agency strategic partnerships, providing ongoing strategic oversight of assigned accounts, and maintaining agency business practices and financial standards across territory while driving team performance and development, quality work execution, client satisfaction, and agency growth.

     

    The SVP Account Services must have a proven track record with years of experience of not only independent execution of the SVP responsibilities, but must also demonstrate the ability to successfully onboard, train, and coach others in the Account Director role.

     

    The SVP Account Services serves as the senior client business lead on their territory with a focus on management of prioritized and/or high-volume accounts. Must have a proven track record with years of experience of not only independent execution of the SVP Account Services responsibilities, but also a demonstrated record of substantial business growth and staff development.

    Experience and Education:

    Required

    + 10+ years of progressive account management experience in medical communications, HCP promotion, or client-side product management. Medical communications experience is preferred.

    + At least 5-7 years of experience managing direct reports

    + Experience across multiple products, therapeutic categories, and client companies

    + Bachelor’s degree

     

    Preferred

     

    + Master’s degree in business or science

     

    Salary Range: $210,000-$240,000

     

    The salary range provided is for the NYC-hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence, and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will be adjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
