    Your Role:

    + Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quality workmanship.

    + Stay up-to-date with Chrysler certifications and training.

    + Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards.

    + Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.

    Highlights about the store:

    + 35 bays/1 alignment rack

    + Climate control/Heat and AC

    + Built in toolboxes

    + Monthly store lunch

    + Each Technician has a personal laptop and scan tool

    + Monday-Friday Schedule ( 4-10's available)

    + Inground hoist

    + Professionally cleaned shop every night

    + Endless work (2 weeks worth of service scheduled)

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence.

    + Chrysler Certification (or ability to obtain certification).

    + Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles.

    This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes the CBA union agreement: $25-$30 flat rate
