    Responsibilities:

    The Assistant Body Shop Manager assists in managing the activities of all Body Shop staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and the attainment of Lithia’s performance targets. This individual assists in the hiring, training and development of all Body Shop personnel. The Assistant Body Shop Manager assists in ensuring compliance to all company policies and procedures.

     

    + Body Shop staff recruiting, training and development

    + Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional, friendly and prompt manner

    + Inspect repair orders daily for legibility, accuracy and legality

    + Ensure all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed

    + Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty and receivables

    Qualifications:

    + 3-5 years Body Shop experience

    + Teaching - skilled at teaching others how and why to perform their job

    + Presentation skills - ability to present information in a clear and professional manner

    + Time Management – manage one’s own time and time of others

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
