• Part-Time Payroll Specialist

    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to support our biweekly payroll operations using ADP and Deltek. This role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, including timesheet imports, payroll tax oversight, and third-party sick pay coordination.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Pull and review employee timesheets from Deltek and import data into ADP

     

    Prepare and submit draft payroll registers for internal review

     

    Coordinate with team members to ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission (typically Monday–Wednesday of payroll weeks)

     

    Assist with processing employee expense reimbursements and occasional bonus payments

     

    Monitor and verify payroll tax filings, including multi-state compliance

     

    Support reporting and coordination of third-party sick pay and disability claims

     

    Communicate with ADP and insurance providers as needed

     

    Upload finalized payroll data back into Deltek post-processing

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
