    An automotive and off-roading repair shop located in Everett, WA is currently hiring for an Automotive Customer Service Representative. The CSR will be responsible for responding to both internal and external customer requests for assistance or information via telephone and email. The CSR will provide exceptional customer service resolving customer issues effectively while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

     

    Pay - $21/hr. - $24/hr.

     

    Location - Everett, WA (100% onsite)

     

    Schedule – Standard Morning Shift Monday - Friday

     

    Contract Duration - 6 Month Contract-To-Hire

    (Responsibilities)

    + Takes incoming calls and make outbound calls to and from customers to address and resolve requests and concerns such as warranty questions, return good authorizations, call tags, etc.

    + Create and maintain various internal Company reports including sales spreadsheets, returns, international documents required for shipping, UPS tracking, and others.

    + Examine records and related documents and correspondence to effectively address questions or concerns. Follow up with Customers to assure satisfaction and resolution.

    + Communicate with other departments such as Shipping/Receiving, Accounting, and Purchasing as needed to address customer questions, requests, or complaints.

    + Exercises discretion and judgment and draws on detailed understanding of the company’s policies and practices in resolving customer issues.

    (Qualification Requirements)

    *Automotive emphasis (or at a minimum, highlighting passion and experience within automotive and parts) must be emphasized on the resume clearly for immediate consideration*

    + 1+ years of experience in a customer service role for a medium or large-sized corporation.

    + ***Prior or current automotive company experience (handling customer inquiries for parts and warranties...etc.) or personal experience and passion within the automotive realm and their corresponding parts.

    + Comfortable handling high-volume customer calls and emails.

    + Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    + Experience with Microsoft GP (Great Plains) is a bonus, or any similar CRMs or ERPs.

    + Exceptional customer service and professionalism.

    + Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
