    We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Lead Technical Product Owner to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the technical development team and business stakeholders, helping to define the product vision, drive project execution, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing solutions. This role is critical in handling the complexities of digital experience projects and requires a blend of technical, managerial, and communication skills

     

    You will report directly to our Sr. **IT Manager,** and you’ll work out of our **Atlanta, GA** location on a **Hybrid** work schedule.

     

    + Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for marketing technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.

    + Develop and maintain a product roadmap that addresses market needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.

    + Collaborate with digital transformation stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into clear and actionable user stories.

    + Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices

    + Act as the primary point of contact for digital marketing stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress and addressing any concerns.

    + Becomes familiar with the entire solution landscape to help leverage and extend that landscape to meet business and technical objectives.

    + Keeps current on technology trends both in the industry and with the applications deployed in the landscape, including researching, and implementing new and/or alternate technologies that will further business goals and provide competitive advantages.

    + Collaborates with Enterprise Architect Team to review solution design, any new implementation or introduction of new technology to ensure compliance with standards.

    + Participate and lead solution design sessions as appropriate

    + Provides technical leadership throughout the project life-cycle.

    + Recommends necessary changes in the existing Marketing and customer portal applications to ensure customer enablement

    + Assists in estimating the size and scope of projects on the digital transformation roadmap.

    + Partner with Enterprise functional team to fully understand the functional global template

    + Work with local business users during the deployment process to ensure business ownership throughout the program

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 7+ years of overall IT experience

    + 3+ years of technical lead experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or microservices using Java Spring / React framework

    + Experience in leading technical solutions related to content management and digital asset management systems along with global rollouts across various geographical regions and languages

    + Experience in working within an Agile/SCRUM development model

    + Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment

    + Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

    + 3+ years of Functional and Technical experience in integrating AEM with SAP Commerce, SFDC and Customer Data platforms

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate across borders and to articulate solutions to IT/business stakeholders and conduct show and tell sessions

    + Experience in implementing Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and tag management tools

    + Ability to translate new technology into business solutions

    + Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex problems without guidance or supervision.

    + Driving "fast and right" results in a matrixed environment

    + Quickly identifies interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues

    + Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new processes, business needs, and technologies
