    Reports to: SVP & COO, Personal Systems

     

    Employment Type: Full-time | Executive Leadership

     

    HP is looking for a visionary Vice President, Attach Category to shape the next phase of growth for our Personal Systems business. You'll own the global strategy and P&L for Peripheral and Displays & Docking Station solutions-driving market share, margin expansion, and category innovation that delights customers and fuels HP's long-term success.

    What You'll Do

    + Set a clear strategic agenda for attach categories including branded peripherals, displays and docking stations, aligned to HP's commercial and consumer roadmaps.

    + Prioritize and integrate pan-HP solutions to create valued customer experiences.

    + Take full P&L ownership-applying rigorous financial discipline to maximize shareholder value.

    + Work closely with Business Unit on one side and market /countries on other side to translate BU strategy into execution

    + Lead cross-functional initiatives (services, finance, strategy) to deliver quarterly and annual KPIs.

    + Translate data-driven insights into actionable plans that accelerate revenue and attach rates.

    + Build a high-performing, diverse team; inspire a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

    + Champion coaching, and succession planning to ensure future leadership strength.

    + Serve as an executive ambassador with partners, analysts, and industry forums.

    + Turbo-charge Attach Growth - Lift attach rates across core Personal Systems lines through compelling bundles and new business models.

    + Expand Branded Portfolio - Launch breakthrough products that capture emerging hybrid-work and AI-edge opportunities.

    + Operational Excellence - Streamline global offer lifecycle, significantly Corp/Enterprise/Public Sector attach rates and improving gross margin mix.

    + One-HP Synergy - Orchestrate cohesive go-to-market motions with Poly and PC Services

    + Talent & Culture - Establish a best-in-class strategic planning and business management system center of excellence recognized across the industry.

    What You'll Bring

    + 15 + years leading large-scale, global businesses in technology, services, or enterprise solutions; executive track record of delivering double-digit growth.

    + Proven success spearheading cross-portfolio strategy, customer experience, and innovation programs.

    + Board-level presence with exceptional storytelling and influencing skills; comfortable challenging C-suite peers on data-backed recommendations.

    + Strong analytical toolkit-financial modeling and scenario planning.

    + Inspirational people leader who creates a performance-driven and inclusive environment.

    Enhanced Candidate Profile

    + Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive change, scale the business, and influence at all levels of the organization.

    + Exposure to product management or strategy; prior experience preferred.

    + Demonstrated excellence in P&L management with a deep understanding of financial levers and long-term value creation.

    + Recognized for best-in-class execution, operational cadence, and proactive follow-up with global market teams.

    + Robust cross-functional experience-comfortable leading across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.

    + Sales experience is a plus-enabling alignment with go-to-market teams and commercial execution.

     

    The base pay range for this role is $275K to $350K annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
