    Business Development Representative – B2B Sales

     

    System One is partnering up with a startup company seeking a driven and professional Business Development Representative here in the Tulsa area.

     

    This is an ?i?????deal position for someone looking to grow with a startup and take ownership of business development in a niche legal services market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Drive B2B sales efforts to grow the client base

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals

    + Conduct outbound outreach and cold calls using HubSpot CRM (5,000 leads provided)

    + Partner with the owner for joint sales efforts and gradually take full ownership of the process

    + Represent the company in virtual and in-person client meetings

    Requirements:

    + Proven B2B sales experience and willingness to cold call

    + Strong relationship-building and communication skills

    + Mature, competitive, and professional mindset

    + Self-motivated and able to work independently

    + Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
