Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN) Position   Shifts: 12 hours shift, AM and PM Weekend Shifts Overview: Brightstar is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to provide personalized care to patients in the OakPark / Maywood area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse Job Duties: *  Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients to evaluate their health status. * Administer medications, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. *  Monitor patient and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. *  Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and wellness strategies. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety for the clients.
