Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Manager, Integrated Care Management/Bright Start Maternity, the Supervisor is responsible for the daily oversight of the Bright Start Maternity department, providing clinical direction, organization, and monitoring of all care coordination services. Responsible for direct supervisory oversight of clinical and non-clinical staff conducting care coordination/management screening and/or other supportive functions to our Plans’ pregnant and postpartum population. Demonstrates ability to act as a resource in addressing clinical and technical issues. Provides unit and departmental leadership. Assists in carrying out the plans and daily operations of the Bright Start Maternity Care Coordination unit and other duties as assigned.

Work Arrangement

• This is a remote position, but you will be required to live Pennsylvania or within 45 minutes of the company headquarters, 3875 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073

• Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Education/Experience:

• Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)

• 3 to 5 years of maternity experience

• Prior experience in care management and Medicaid.

• Must have 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Licensure:

• An unrestricted RN license to practice nursing in PA.

Skills & Abilities:

• Proficiency with Microsoft. Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Consistent word processing speed and accuracy of 50 or more words per minute.
