Job Title: Inventory Planner III
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner III for a dynamic role in Kirkland. This position operates on a second shift schedule from 5 PM to 3:30 AM PST, with flexible options including Front Half Sun-Wed, Back Half Wed-Sat, or Doughnut shift Mon-Tue, Thur-Fri. The ideal candidate will have a strong execution of data and processes and must be able to operate from a company-wide perspective, encouraging cross-functional and cross-business project development.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in ensuring data accuracy so that all tools and processes function as expected.
+ Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance of fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.
+ Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
+ Execute a variety of purchase order in-stock and vendor-related systems and reports.
Essential Skills
+ At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
+ Proficiency in business software such as Excel.
+ Strong organizational skills and a self-starting attitude.
+ Flexibility and good written and oral communication skills.
+ Team-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in inventory management, SAP, ERP systems.
+ Knowledge of production and logistics processes.
+ Experience in warehouse operations, including pulling orders.
Work Environment
The work environment is a Distribution Center located in Kirkland, offering a collaborative and fast-paced atmosphere. The role requires adherence to export control laws, hence candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

This is a Contract position based out of Kirkland, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.05 - $26.50/hr.
