Job Title: Assembly

Job Description

The Assembly is responsible for setting up test equipment, following instructions, assembling, and inspecting electronic parts and components.

Responsibilities

+ Assembled and tested electronic components and PCBs with precision, ensuring compliance with IPC standards and customer specifications.

+ Maintained strict adherence to ESD safety protocols and cleanroom procedures to protect sensitive electronic components.

+ Collaborated with engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve assembly issues, contributing to a 15% reduction in rework.

+ Participated in continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices and 5S implementation on the production floor.

+ Trained in the use of soldering equipment, microscopes, and automated assembly tools for both through-hole and surface-mount technologies (SMT).

+ Documented production data and inspection results using ERP systems, supporting traceability and quality assurance efforts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
