    Maintenance Technician Urgently Hiring

     

    We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and HVAC systems. This role involves cleaning, maintaining, and repairing the manufacturing facility.

    Job Description:

    + Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as they arise.

    + Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.

    + Fabricate parts or components as needed to support maintenance tasks.

    + Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns or requests from staff regarding facility issues.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made and parts used.

    + Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Facility Maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

    + Proficiency with hand tools.

    + Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.

    + Skilled in using power tools.

    + Heavy lifting as needed

    + Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
