As a Clinical Informatics Specialist, you’ll be the vital bridge between IT and clinical staff — optimizing our Epic EMR system to work smarter for real people with real needs.

+ Collaborate with providers, nurses, and IT teams to design solutions that improve patient outcomes

Who You Are
+ A licensed clinician (RN, PharmD, Health Informaticist, etc.) with a strong tech-savvy mindset
+ Experienced in clinical informatics, Epic EMR systems, and/or EHR optimization
+ A communicator, problem-solver, and champion for clinical transformation
+ Comfortable working independently and leading projects with heart and precision

Serves as a liaison between the patient care team and Information and Analytics Services (IAS) to coordinate, plan and monitor the adoption and use of the clinical electronic medical record (EMR) and other healthcare technologies in operational processes. Components of this role include assisting with implementation, support, adoption, and optimization of the EMR and other associated technologies.
This position is on-site, no remote position available.
Job Requirements, Licenses, Certifications
Certification in informatics required for RNs, achieved within two years of hire date or eligibility date. If certification is unavailable in other clinical fields, ongoing continuing education within informatics is required. This is an onsite positions.
Physical Requirements
Requires frequent contact with all levels of personnel. Involves walking, standing, sitting, and driving. Must speak and understand English fluently. Intact sense of vision and hearing required. Lifting requirements up to 35 pounds of weight.
