Attention Little Rock ! Low Voltage Technician – TEKsystems' Client (Commercial Systems)

Are you passionate about hands-on work and cutting-edge security technology? TEKsystems' client is looking for a full-time Low Voltage Technician to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving real-world challenges in the field.

What You’ll Do

+ Install and service commercial fire alarm systems, access control, CCTV, and other low voltage security systems

+ Program and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance

+ Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service calls

+ Collaborate with team members or work independently on job sites

+ Maintain compliance with electrical and fire safety codes

+ Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve electrical issues

• Skills That Set You Apart

+ Strong knowledge in low voltage installation, cabling, and system integration

+ Experience with fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection

+ Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams

+ Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Points For

+ NICET certification or equivalent

+ Experience with system programming and commissioning

+ Especially Security Knowledge

+ A proactive mindset and a passion for technology

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
