Job Title: Selection Expansion Specialist

Department: Merchant Operations / Catalog Management

Job Type: Full-Time

$30-35 hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-savvy Selection Expansion Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding and maintaining our merchant catalog by ensuring accurate and complete SKU coverage. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot data gaps, streamline workflows, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

+ Submit and manage selection tickets to expand SKU coverage across merchant platforms.

+ Ensure data accuracy and completeness using tools such as Snowflake, AWS, and Google Sheets.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve catalog discrepancies and improve data workflows.

+ Support batch processing and automation using Python and Jupyter Notebook.

+ Monitor catalog health and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

+ 1–3 years of experience in catalog operations, data analysis, or a similar role.

+ Proficiency in SQL, Python, and spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets).

+ Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake or AWS.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
