Pay: $17 Per Hour

Shift: Part Time - 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm available

Responsibilities:

+ Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude

+ Check guests in and out of the hotel

+ Process payments and maintain accurate records

+ Respond to guest inquiries and provide helpful information

+ Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally

+ Assist with other front desk duties as needed

Requirements

+ Prior customer service experience

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ Previous hotel experience is a PLUS but not necessary

+ PEP experience is a PLUS but not necessary
