    We are looking for a Temp Marketing Associate to join our dynamic beauty cosmetics client for a 3-month paid assignment. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate with a passion for beauty, creativity, and digital culture to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, industry-leading brand.

    Requirements

    You Are

    + A recent college graduate (within the past 12 months)

    + Passionate about beauty and obsessed with social media trends

    + A follower of beauty influencers and content creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

    + Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn

    + Highly detail-oriented and able to manage shifting priorities

    + Creative and confident in communicating ideas both visually and verbally

    Ideal Candidate Has

    + Internship or academic experience in CPG or beauty marketing

    + Knowledge or experience with color cosmetics or beauty retail (a plus)

    ResponsibilitiesConcept Creation & Presentation

    + Support in developing campaign concepts based on market needs

    + Contribute ideas and storytelling to concept development

    + Build clear, compelling PowerPoint decks for internal review

    Competitive & Trend Tracking

    + Conduct US and global market analyses

    + Monitor new product and makeup trends

    + Research and report on influencer activity and brand partnerships

    + Identify innovative retail experiences and engagement strategies

    Calendar & Project Management

    + Assist with coordinating and scheduling team meetings

    + Own updates to the Retailer-Specific and Master Marketing Calendars

    + Support meeting preparation and documentation

    General Support

    + Manage product and sample coordination for retailer needs

    + Maintain organized inventory of new products for shoots and meetings

    + Prepare meeting agendas and recap notes

    + Assist with Accounts Payable processes and PO tracking
