This position will play a crucial role in supporting our organizational development initiatives, activities, workshops and training sessions. Responsibilities include coordinating and implementing OD programs, managing logistical aspects of workshops and meetings, assist in analyzing data to inform decision-making, effectiveness, engagement and other relevant metrics. Deliver and facilitate entry level training sessions and workshops.
+ Assist in the coordination and implementation of OD programs, initiatives, and interventions.
+ Manage schedules, logistics, and resources for OD-related activities, including workshops, training sessions, and team meetings. Maintain accurate records and documentation of OD processes, assessments, and outcomes.
+ Collect and assist in analyzing and interpreting data related to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and other relevant metrics. Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for management review.
+ Identify trends and patterns to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
+ Deliver entry level training sessions and workshops on OD-related topics, such as Wells U, First Scoop, etc.
+ Facilitate learning experiences designed to build OD capabilities among employees and managers across the organization.
+ Assists with communication gaps, provide support of cross functional needs, as well as delivering an enhanced customer and consumer experience.\#LI-MG1\#IND123
