    Job Summary:

    Responsible for meeting or exceeding all welding production standards for all welding processes in a safe manner

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Read and work from blueprints.

    + Setup for various welding functions.

    + Move equipment and materials to and from workstations.

    + Perform quality fit up for welding.

    + Weld like metals and dissimilar metals.

    Position Requirements:

    + Good mechanical aptitude – manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus.

    + Experience in the use of standard shop tools and inspection measuring tools, such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.

    + Basic math and computer skills.

    + Ability to read blueprints/ shop drawings is a plus.

    + Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout work schedule, 6-8 hours per day.

    + Ability to regularly maneuver up to 50 pounds.
