How You'll Create Possibilities
DT Intern assignments support the ongoing digital transformation efforts within a manufacturing environment. This position involves implementing and maintaining Digital Technology systems to improve the shop floor process. Responsibilities may include deploying and maintaining systems to support smart factory initiatives, supporting IT infrastructure, analyzing issues to support long-term solutions, and maintaining continuous improvement through training, reliability, and efficiency. This assignment works under the guidance of the Digital Technology Site Lead and in collaboration with technical and operations teams to offer hands-on experience with real-world applications.
Possible assignments may include
+ Automating production systems for data entry and reporting
+ Implementing digital solutions for training, process improvement, and data analysis
+ Upgrading digital systems for improved reliability, efficiency, and maintenance

What You'll Bring to Our Team
Desired Qualifications
+ Currently accepted into the SET+ Program
+ Pursuing an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Systems Engineering Technology
+ Strong analytical and technical skills, basic understanding of business concepts
+ Basic understanding of networks, computer hardware, and troubleshooting steps.
+ Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
+ Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
+ Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom
+ Strong interest and passion/aptitude for a career in Digital technology
+ Familiarity with data analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
