We are currently seeking a Production Scheduler for our Dallas, TX location.

Pay Range: $28.51/hr M-F 8-5

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain and update the manning schedule

• Assign/Maintain overtime postings(s) and records

• Maintain employees’ scheduled vacation and time off hours

• Production line KPI management and documentation

• Create reports, presentations, and data entry (SAP reporting, BOM)

• Purchase Order processing for Operation Supplies

• Schedule training when necessary and develop/maintain the training matrix

• Assist Leadership in preparing action plan meetings

• Maintain people time off service records

• Front Desk support to include visitor sign in, telephone, gate and badge access

• Manage attendance for all departments

• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have staffing scheduling experience 2 years minimum

• SAP experience is preferred

• Must have HIGH level of confidentiality, exposed to a lot of confidentiality information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites a must have

• Self-starter with high standards for excellence

• Ability to work independently and seek guidance when necessary

• This isn’t a remote position. This is on-site Monday – Friday.

• High School Diploma
