Journeyman Inventory Analyst

**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Journeyman** **Inventory Analyst** to join our team in **Doral, FL** .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Manages the full lifecycle of property, including acquisition, receiving, transferring, excessing, reutilization, repairing, disposing, and retiring various types of property.
+ Monitors equipment status, determines maintenance requirements, and recommends maintenance priorities to ensure supply chain efficiency and availability.
+ Responsible for replenishment management and assessment of inventory levels to ensure availability.
+ Provides input to the bill of materials (BOM), participates in supply chain assurance activities, and recommends process improvement initiatives.
+ Understands and uses automated inventory and asset management systems, executes processes to prevent unauthorized material usage/technology transfer, audits tools lists, prepares Inventory Status Reports, and receives guidance from senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain management, or a relevant discipline or 4 additional years’ of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
+ 4+ years of experience with 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
+ Practical experience with inventory tracking systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
+ Experience with meticulously maintaining inventory records with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Experience in identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
+ Familiar with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel and/or Power BI) to support identification of inventory trends, optimization of inventory items to support mission requirements and support improved data-informed leadership decisions.
+ Familiar with automation concepts and tools used in support of streamlined inventory processes and improved efficiencies. Familiar with software licensing models and compliance requirements to management software assets effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree in operations management, supply chain management, or a relevant discipline.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Project, and SharePoint.
+ Experience with Integrated Logistics Support System (ILSS IBM MAXIMO) and System Application and Product (SAP).
+ DAWIA Level II or III Logistics certification (or equivalent training and experience). CompTIA A+, CompTIA IT Fundamentals+ (ITF+), CompTIA Security+, IT Asset Management (ITAM), IAITAM Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP), IAITAM Certified Software Asset Management Professional (CSAMP), or vendor-specific certifications.
+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have an active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
