    You will manage a team that is responsible for the negotiation of complex legal documents pertaining to HR and benefits contracts, IT service contracts, software licenses, software-as-a-service agreements, telecommunications contracts, and other contracts involving enterprise cybersecurity and data privacy. You will have 5+ years of experience supporting contracts, preferably in a contract administration role supporting technology contracts. You will have 5+ years of experience in a leadership position preferably supporting contracts. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule with some days in the office and some working remotely. This position will be located in Tulsa, OK.

     

    What You Will Do

     

    Manage a team responsible for the administration of contracts and agreements related to HR and benefits contracts, IT service contracts, software licenses, software-as-a-service agreements, telecommunication contracts, and other technology contracts involving enterprise cybersecurity and data privacy.

    Oversee administration of agreements related to HR and benefits contracts, IT service contracts, software licenses, software-as-a-service agreements, telecommunication contracts, and other technology contracts involving enterprise cybersecurity and data privacy including (as specified by position):

    + Research/preparation of various contracts, agreements, amendments, and renewals

    + Negotiation/renegotiation of terms of contracts

    + Determination of compliance/noncompliance with terms of agreements

    + Determination of risk level and ability to communicate with various departments, including Risk/Insurance, Cybersecurity, and Data Privacy to help ensure appropriate contract language and level of insurance to mitigate risk

    Interact, advise, and direct company employees, contractors and others in contractual areas including (as specified by position):

    + Pricing provisions

    + Renewal provisions

    + Certificates of Insurance

    + Vendor Questionnaires

     

    Monitor changes in applicable governmental regulations; determine effect on company procedures; and recommend changes in policy or practice to insure compliance (as specified by position). Verify and prepare information including (as specified by position):

     

    + Amended agreements

    + Terminations of agreements

    + Correspondence

    + Insurance requirements

     

    Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

     

    Employee may be required to perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

     

    What You Will Need

    Preferred bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, engineering, other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience:

    + 5 or more years of relevant experience in contract preparation and administration, preferably technology contracts.

    + 5 or more years of supervisory experience, preferably in contract administration.

    + Knowledge of and experience working with contract preparation and administration and applicable governmental regulations.

    + Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including computers and applicable software.

    + Knowledge of related functional areas including HR, benefits, technology, utility operations (as specified by position).

    + Experience analyzing, interpreting, and negotiating contracts relative to their implementation, renewal, or release.

    + Experience reading and interpreting governmental regulations, contracts and agreements, division and transfer orders, title opinions, geological data, reports, and correspondence.

    + Experience researching and preparing contracts, agreements, amendments, reports, and internal and external correspondence.

    + Experience interacting, negotiating, directing, and communicating effectively.

    + Working knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.

    + Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.

    + Minimum applicable driver's license.

    + Mobility to travel in and around various office surroundings.

    + Operate office tools and equipment applicable to position.

    + Communicate and exchange information or instructions.

    + Visual abilities to perform job responsibilities.
