    Trade Support Analyst – Loans (Entry-Level)

     

    Dallas, TX – Onsite (must reside within a commutable distance to downtown Dallas)

     

    $47-55K/year

     

    We’re hiring on behalf of a global financial services firm for an entry-level **Trade Support Analyst** to join their loan operations team. In this role, you’ll be supporting the back-end processes of complex loan transactions. Ensuring that every trade is accurately recorded, confirmed, and finalized.

     

    You’ll collaborate with internal teams like trading, sales, and legal, while also working directly with external clients to troubleshoot issues and ensure timelines are met. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, proactive, and looking to break into capital markets operations.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Coordinating trade details between multiple parties to ensure smooth loan settlements

    + Tracking trade activity using internal systems and third-party platforms (like ClearPar)

    + Researching and resolving discrepancies in trade data or documentation

    + Responding to client and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner

    + Supporting risk and control procedures to keep things running securely and efficiently

    What You’ll Need:

    + Bachelor’s degree required (finance or business-related fields a plus)

    + Previous exposure to loan products or settlement platforms is helpful but not required

    + Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple deadlines

    + Effective communication skills to work with both internal teams and clients

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe

    + A willingness to learn and a team-oriented mindset
